Для достижения этих результатов актуальной является задача построения карты формирования корпоративных компетенций ОАО «РЖД» на различных уровнях образования.</p><p>Использованы методы системного анализа нормативных документов ОАО «РЖД» и федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов. Представлена модель преемственности образовательных программ (ОП) по уровням образования с целью формирования образовательных траекторий в соответствии с запросом к корпоративным компетенциям ОАО «РЖД».</p><p>Предложенная модель формирования корпоративных компетенций ОАО «РЖД» в контексте непрерывного образования будет полезна для образовательных организаций в построении образовательных маршрутов обучающихся, формировании критериев оценки этих компетенций на различных уровнях образования, корректировки содержания дополнительных и основных ОП с целью подготовки высококвалифицированных кадров для ОАО «РЖД».</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The key results of the program of interaction between JSC “Russian Railways” and railway transport university complexes until 2025 include the following: approval of selection criteria and assessment procedures for candidates for targeted training from among applicants; assessment of competencies and tests of abilities according to the methods approved by JSC “Russian Railways” for all university graduates and students under contracts for targeted training of the company. To achieve these results, the task of designing a map of the development of Russian Railways corporate competencies at various levels of education is relevant.</p><p>Using the methods of system analysis of Russian Railways regulatory documents and Federal state educational standards, this article presents a model of educational programs succession by education levels in order to design educational trajectories in accordance with the request for Russian Railways corporate competencies.</p><p>The proposed model of developing Russian Railways corporate competencies in the context of lifelong learning will be useful for educational organizations in designing educational routes for students, forming criteria for competencies assessing at various education levels, adjusting the content of additional and basic educational programs in order to train highly qualified personnel for JSC “Russian Railways”.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>soft skills</kwd><kwd>корпоративные компетенции ОАО «РЖД»</kwd><kwd>образовательная траектория</kwd><kwd>непрерывное образование</kwd><kwd>преемственность образовательных программ</kwd><kwd>профессиональная ориентация</kwd><kwd>карта формирования компетенции</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>soft skills</kwd><kwd>Russian Railways corporate competencies</kwd><kwd>educational trajectory</kwd><kwd>lifelong learning</kwd><kwd>succession of educational programs</kwd><kwd>vocational guidance</kwd><kwd>competency building map</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Dochkin S.A.
