Основные задачи олимпиады дипломных проектов Федерального агентства железнодорожного транспорта — повышение качества подготовки специалистов, развитие творческих способностей обучающихся, повышение заинтересованности студентов и преподавателей в развитии и совершенствовании деятельности железнодорожной отрасли, формирование высококвалифицированного кадрового потенциала. Практика участия филиалов (структурных подразделений) СПО Иркутского государственного университета путей сообщения показывает, что не все показатели возможно достичь.
Образовательный процесс в СПО ориентирован на подготовку к практической деятельности на производстве. В соответствии с ФГОС по программам СПО обучающийся должен овладеть общими и профессиональными компетенциями, приобрести определенные знания, умения и практический опыт. Предложено внести ряд изменений в систему оценивания олимпиады дипломных проектов в части критериев. Систему оценивания олимпиады необходимо адаптировать с учетом возможностей СПО для стимулирования участия структурных подразделений в их проведении.
The main tasks of the Olympiad of diploma projects of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport are to improve the quality of training, develop the creative abilities of students, increase the interest of students and teachers in the development and improvement of the railway industry, and form highly qualified human resources. The practice of participation of branches (structural units) of secondary vocational education of the Irkutsk State Transport University shows that not all indicators can be achieved.
The educational process in secondary vocational education is focused on preparing for practical activities in production. In accordance with federal state educational standards for secondary vocational education programs, a student must master general and professional competencies, acquire certain knowledge, skills and practical experience. It is proposed to make a number of changes in the system of evaluating the Olympiad of diploma projects in terms of criteria. The assessment system of the Olympiad must be adapted taking into account the possibilities of secondary vocational education to stimulate the participation of structural units in their conduct.
