Рассматриваются история создания и становления Медицинского колледжа Уральского государственного университета путей сообщения (МК УрГУПС), его традиции, а также деятельность коллектива колледжа по подготовке медицинских работников.
Показаны основные направления развития колледжа на современном этапе: укрепление материальной базы, программно-методическое и информационное обеспечение, участие в чемпионатном и конкурсном движении WorldSkills.
В настоящее время МК успешно работает в сфере образовательных услуг Свердловской области. Этому способствует сочетание лучших педагогических традиций, закрепленных почти вековой историей, с новейшими достижениями в области медицины, педагогики и методики обучения. Миссия образовательной организации заключается в подготовке квалифицированного специалиста-медика соответствующего уровня и профиля образования, конкурентоспособного на рынке труда, свободно владеющего своей профессией и ориентирующегося в смежных областях деятельности, готового к постоянному профессиональному росту, социальной и профессиональной мобильности.
Каждый год выпускники колледжа, желающие продолжить обучение, успешно выдерживают экзамены в медицинские вузы. За 85 лет работы колледж выпустил более шести тысяч специалистов различного профиля: акушерок, фельдшеров, медицинских сестер, лаборантов. Многие из них добились больших успехов в профессиональной деятельности. Только за последние пять лет колледж окончили более 650 человек.
The history of the creation and formation of the Medical College of the Ural State University of Railway Transport, its traditions, as well as the activities of the college staff for the training of medical workers are considered.
The main directions of the development of the college at the present stage are shown: strengthening the material base, software, methodological and information support, participation in the WorldSkills championship and competitive movement.
Currently, Medical College is successfully working in the field of educational services in the Sverdlovsk region. This is facilitated by the combination of the best pedagogical traditions, fixed by almost a century of history, with the latest achievements in the field of medicine, pedagogy and teaching methods. The mission of the educational organization is to train a qualified medical specialist of the appropriate level and profile of education, competitive in the labor market, fluent in his profession and oriented in related fields of activity, ready for continuous professional growth, social and professional mobility.
Every year, college graduates who want to continue their education successfully pass exams for medical schools. For 85 years of work, the college has produced more than six thousand specialists in various fields: midwives, paramedics, nurses, laboratory assistants. Many of them have achieved great success in their professional activities. In the last five years alone, more than 650 people have graduated from the college.
