В качестве параметра информационного критерия взята мера количества информации, вводимой в логистическую транспортную сложную систему для устранения неопределенности поведения как самой системы, так и отдельных событий. При этом разработанная модель обеспечивает единство измерителей эффективности в логистических транспортных системах, так как основана на методах прогнозирования значения влияния факторного пространства на исследуемый процесс в целях повышения эффективности системы в целом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A model for forecasting the state of a complex transport system is being developed, based on the use of an information criterion for assessing the effectiveness of actions to restructure it. The measure of the amount of information introduced into a complex logistics transport system to eliminate the uncertainty of behavior, both of the system itself and of individual events, is taken as a parameter of the information criterion.
