Possibilities of individualization of teaching students of higher education

Abstract
At present, the organization of the educational process involves the creation of conditions for learning corresponding to the individual characteristics of students; development of individuality, independence and creative potential of the individual. The freedom to choose the elements of the educational process is provided. The main goal of this is to organically combine the system of higher education with the training of highly qualifi ed mid-level personnel.
