Library as a center of patriotic education

Abstract

This article examines the feasibility of developing patriotic education in educational institutions. The specifics of developing and implementing patriotic education within the library information center of an educational institution are highlighted. The article also examines the socio-civic and spiritual development of students within the institution.

Examples of library events aimed at promoting historical continuity, the memory of the Great Patriotic War, respect for state symbols and values, and fostering an atmosphere of respect among students for history and the people who embody it are provided.
