Abstract
This article examines an innovative model for delivering an integrated lesson for students of all years studying «Railway Construction». The proposed format combines theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and industrial experience within a single lesson, meeting the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Secondary Vocational Education and promoting the development of professional competencies.
This integrated approach perfectly aligns with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Secondary Vocational Education (FGOS SVE), emphasizing the need for comprehensive competency development. It fosters the formation of professional skills, such as analyzing technical tasks, teamwork, and solving practical problems, which is particularly crucial in the dynamic field of railway construction. As a result, students acquire not only deep theoretical foundations but also confidence in applying knowledge in practice, enhancing their competitiveness in the labor market. The model also boosts motivation for learning, making lessons more engaging and oriented toward future careers. Overall, implementing such innovations can significantly improve the quality of specialist training, contributing to the modernization of the vocational education system in Russia.
