TRENDS OF MODERN EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT
One of the key problems in training personnel in the vocational education system is building interaction between employers and educational organizations of higher and secondary vocational education. Professional standards have become a significant tool here — a formalized description of the qualification structure of the industry and requirements for individual jobs.
An example of a study of this problem under the auspices of the Association of Self-Regulatory Organizations “Regional Associations of Machine and Automation Service” is considered. An algorithm is proposed that can be used by industry associations of employers and professional qualifications councils for the design and implementation of effective activities for mutual support and joint work with universities and colleges, as well as the transmission of requests and proposals to government bodies in the fi eld of education.
An analysis of statistical data on the dynamics and volume of training in higher and secondary vocational education organizations in the fi eld of lifting structures/lifting and transport mechanisms is given as a basis for building an industry strategy to support vocational education. The results of the survey of the network of specialized departments of universities and a number of colleges implementing programs of the enlarged group of specialties 23.00.00 “Engineering and technologies of land transport” are also considered and analyzed.
The creation of a clear idea of possible educational trajectories for training specialists based on professional standards is proposed as the first step. The study of the practice of implementing educational programs and establishing an influence on their content is the second. Building interaction with colleges and universities is the third step towards conscious work of the industry to develop human resources.
The purpose of the study is to formulate for industry associations the procedure for building a strategy for supporting personnel training in the vocational education system through the definition of target educational programs and the creation of a network of educational organizations.
The subject of the study is formalized concepts and objects of the labor system and the vocational education system, such as professional standards, qualifications, areas of training, specialties and professions, as well as statistical data on the volume of training and the results of a survey of educational organizations.

LOGISTICS. TRANSPORT ECONOMICS. TRANSPORTATION PROCESS MANAGEMENT
A model for forecasting the state of a complex transport system is being developed, based on the use of an information criterion for assessing the effectiveness of actions to restructure it. The measure of the amount of information introduced into a complex logistics transport system to eliminate the uncertainty of behavior, both of the system itself and of individual events, is taken as a parameter of the information criterion. At the same time, the developed model ensures the unity of efficiency measures in logistics transport systems, since it is based on methods for forecasting the value of the influence of factor space on the process under study in order to improve the efficiency of the system as a whole.
In this article, the conceptual provisions for assessing the occupancy rate of a container train are formulated. Given the expected increase in containerization volumes to 16–20 % in 2035, additional demand for container transportation is projected and will objectively require an answer to the challenge: to ensure the correct assessment of wagon loading, cargo placement and cargo distribution between wagons, taking into account the rational occupancy of container trains, as well as automation of business processes to reduce human error in calculating and processing the accompanying and commercial documentation. A parametric apparatus and a new indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of container train formation, the ideality indicator, are described. The goal is to develop a parametric model of a container train, taking into account optimal occupancy.
Methods used in the research: analytical, logistic, general theory of systems, parameterization. The indicator of ideality proposed in the study reflects the level of occupancy of a container train in conjunction with a number of important parameters in the organization of transportation, which makes it possible to effectively organize and plan logistics chains of container flows. The results of the study can be used to optimize the system of planning and forming container trains. Based on the results of the study, it should be assumed that monitoring the class of a container train can significantly improve the efficiency of logistics operations, reduce delivery time and provide a high level of service for shippers. In the future, it is necessary to develop and differentiate classes of container trains in response to the growing market demands for speed and quality of transportation.

The article highlights the development prospects and possible changes in traction rolling stock technologies in the coming years, as well as the problems that may arise as a result of advances in this area.
Rail transport is a key aspect of the state economy. It is difficult to imagine a modern economic system without the railway industry. The presence of our own rolling stock production creates a solid foundation for the economy of any country.
In Russia, rail transport became the basis for the industrial rise of the country in the late 19th century. It was the development of railway networks that contributed to a breakthrough in the economy, and also ensured the geopolitical interests of the country. This type of transport still plays an important role in the domestic economy. The modern national economy and its development prospects, the place of the state in the system of international relations largely depend on its functioning.
Due to the noticeable increase in prices for energy resources, global manufacturers of traction rolling stock are forced to look for ways to optimize operating costs.
The purpose of the study is to consider the need not only to optimally organize existing technologies, but also to adopt innovative solutions that will improve the position of rail transport.

At the moment, ordinary traffic control centers operate in Russia, where human dispatchers manage the process of organizing transportation. Of the urban public transport, trams, city trains and taxis are currently being tested in unmanned modes, but in the near future, other types of transport will also be in automated operation. This article will examine the problems of operating automated vehicles, current systems of assistance in organizing the movement of urban transport, and will also propose an automated system for organizing the movement of public transport, which will autonomously, without human intervention, organize traffic, leveling the difficulties of the process of operating highly automated vehicles.
TRANSPORT HISTORY
This article presents a review of unique documents and exhibition projects reflecting the research activities of the oldest scientific and technical museum in the country.
The purpose of the study is to tell about unknown facts in the military chronicle and the heroism of representatives of the Soviet transport industry through the personal stories of the heroes of the bloodiest war of the 20th century. The painstaking work of the museum’s research staff , focused on human destinies, made it possible to identify the extraordinary events that befell engineer Pavel Alekseevich Tyumenev, who was captured by the Germans on the first day of the war, to rethink documents, rewrite the biography of a legendary figure — Ivan Georgievich Zubkov, whose contribution during the Battle of Leningrad was fateful, and most importantly — to restore the chain of events and preserve the memory of pilot Vladimir Dmitrievich Nikitov. All those in question did not think about honors, did not talk about resounding victories, did not chase titles and awards. These are probably the real heroes. It is important that their stories bring us closer to the general history of the Great Patriotic War, to millions of similar fates of Soviet people who survived a war that must not be forgotten.
