The digitalization of domestic education itself is far from a new idea. It has its roots in the eighties of the last century, it was then that the first computer science classrooms began to appear in educational institutions and the first steps were taken to educate the computer literacy of the population.
The modern digitalization of education has already been seriously tested by combat during the spread of coronavirus infection. It was during that period that many teachers and students got to know the means of distance learning better, immersed themselves in the technical side of such interaction.
Digitalization in education implies a significant development of the material infrastructure of educational institutions. It is required to organize an information space based on a data processing center, implement a set of hardware, software and telecommunications tools necessary for the implementation of professional activities and solving problems facing students, teachers and other employees of the educational institution.
It is also extremely important to ensure that the proliferation of digital technologies does not negatively affect the social interaction of students with each other and teachers.
Digitalization of education is an absolutely necessary process, to some extent fundamental for the economic stability of the country.
TRANSPORT EDUCATION: PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN RUSSIA AND ABROAD
The role of the Latin language in the modern world cannot be overestimated. It is truly versatile. This is the foundation of modern science and the worldview of an educated person. For many centuries, it influenced the languages of European peoples and became the lexical basis of science, culture, law and medicine. “Invia est in medicina via sine lingua Latina”, which means “Send east to medicine via sine lingua Latina”.
Teaching the discipline “Fundamentals of the Latin language with medical terminology” occupies a special place in the training program for nursing staff. During the learning process, teachers are faced with a number of tasks, the solution of which helps students to achieve high results.
The importance of creating a favorable atmosphere for learning and eliminating the psychological barrier to learning a new foreign language is noted. The lack of motivation of students and their professional need to know the basics of the Latin language and medical terminology are also emphasized.
The need to improve teaching methodology of the discipline in accordance with the modern realities of education and the peculiarities of information perception of young people is discussed. In practical classes, it is proposed to use innovative teaching methods and gaming technologies that increase interest and contribute to the development of the creative potential of teachers and students. The effectiveness of the problematic method in the study of medical clinical terminology is highlighted using examples of solving real problems.
Attention is focused on the integration of the Latin language into the most disciplines of the general professional and professional cycles.
In the age of rapidly developing technologies and the digital revolution, modern society needs highly qualified workers capable of continuous self-development, the ability to learn throughout life, solve non-standard problems, show persistence and initiative, take responsibility for their actions, and possess the skills of working in a team. This causes an increase in requirements for the professional competencies of graduates of secondary vocational education organizations. The effectiveness of learning depends on both external (social, pedagogical) and internal (psychological) factors. Interest is the basis on which the learning process is built, helps to study successfully, master a profession, and influences personal development. Motivation helps maintain interest. Using observation and analysis methods, the reasons why modern students do not want to learn have been identified and discussed. Solutions to training problems in secondary vocational education organizations are proposed. These include meetings with representatives of the chosen profession, and the skill of a teacher who uses a variety of approaches, forms and methods of work, technologies and teaching tools, and the organization of leisure activities for students (involvement in various forms of cultural, sports, and volunteer activities, participation in shows -competitions, educational and research projects, quizzes, games, seminars, etc.).
LOGISTICS. TRANSPORT ECONOMICS. TRANSPORTATION PROCESS MANAGEMENT
The activity of railway transport directly depends on the socio-economic situation in the country. Currently, an important task of Russian Railways is to carry out passenger transportation in full with the involvement of passenger traffic, increase competitiveness in the transport market, and provide the necessary quantities of mobile units and infrastructure. Therefore, the forecast of passenger demand formation is one of the main guidelines for the railway complex and the development of the economy of the whole country.
The demand for passenger transportation depends on various socio-economic factors, which in turn depend on macroeconomic indicators. In the structure of transportation volume in the Russian Federation, the share of passengers transported by rail is 48.1 %, which leads to increased demand and the need to update the car fleet. In order to meet the needs of the population for rail transportation and assess the availability of infrastructure, it is necessary to predict the demand for transportation along all train routes.
The article discusses the issues of forecasting passenger transportation. The factors influencing the formation of passenger traffic in railway transport are analyzed. Methods of forecasting demand are proposed. Conclusions are drawn about the impact of demand forecasting on the efficiency of railway transport enterprises.

In this paper, the author presents an analysis of administrative liability for safety violations in the railway sector. This analysis is based on the specifics of this segment and is driven by the increased risks and consequences of accidents at railway infrastructure facilities and on railway vehicles. The author argues that the specifics of administrative liability for violations of railway safety regulations stem from the technological complexity of the industry, the multiplicity of business entities operating in this sector, and the high potential public danger of the consequences of violations. Furthermore, the author presents the results of her own study of the regulatory system, examining the composition of subjects of administrative liability, and the types of administrative offenses specific to the operation of railway transport and railway infrastructure. Moreover, the author pays special attention to the problems of delineating administrative liability between business entities in the context of industry reform, as well as the classification of related offenses. The study established that administrative liability for violations of railway safety regulations forms a complex, multi-layered legal institution. At the same time, a number of pressing issues in law enforcement practice have been identified. Given these circumstances, the paper formulates proposals for improving administrative tort legislation. The main ones include a review of administrative tort provisions in the railway transport sector with the aim of further codifying and systematizing them, a clearer delineation of the responsibilities of the infrastructure owner and the carrier for various types of violations, the establishment of differentiated administrative fines, and the development of methodological recommendations for law enforcement officers on the classification of complex, related administrative offenses.
